Guidance for Shipping

SLASH B SLASH’s official mall uses CJ Korea Express and the basic shipping fee is 2,500KRW. In the case of isolated regions, the shipping fee can be added.

When purchasing more than 70,000KRW, it’s free shipping.

Also, the standard delivery date is 2 to 3 days after completing the payment. (exclude long weekend and holiday)

In the case of the simple change of mind, exchange and return is possible within 7 days from the day you received the product,

but please notice that if some damage or traces being used, exchange and refund are impossible.

Also, the refund and exchange caused by the change of mind, the customer should shoulder the extra cost for the round-trip shipping fee, 5,000KRW.

In the case of those situations, the final refund process is conducted through collection and inspection within 3 months or 30 days from the day the fact is noticed: wrong delivery, poor product, and the gap between product and advertisement,

and please notice that there is damage to the package or traces being used when inspects the product, the refund cannot be possible.
